Alan Bornstein is the founder and President of UTW Capital, LLC, a group of structured capital and real estate development companies.
Alan has been creating structured capital programs for over 30 years. As an active real estate developer, principal investor, consultant, and speaker, Alan shares his financial and real estate expertise with industry leaders across the country.
Alan received a BS from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a JD from Washington University in St. Louis, and an LLM in Taxation from New York University.

UTW CAPITAL, LLC manages and administers three structured capital programs, BREADBOX, FANFAIRE, and SUITESPOT. BREADBOX is a structured loan program between private development entities, as borrower, and public entities, as lender, to promote private economic development. FANFAIRE is an initiation and license fee deposit program for sports facility seat licenses, lifestyle/wellness club initiation fees, and vacation time share payments. SUITESPOT is a structured deposit program similar to FANFAIRE, but applies only to payments made for the use of sports facility suites.
UTW REALTY, LLC is a real estate development company with projects in Colorado, Missouri, Illinois, and Washington.
